There are many textbooks on OFDM for wireless communications, such as [Pra04] and [CKYK10], which have plenty of Matlab scripts for practicing. Similarly, there are many books about DSL that discuss DMT, such as [Sum99, SCS99, SSCS03, GDJ06, GDJ07]. A book about circulant matrices is [Dav79] and one about convex optimization is [BV04].
